Senior Tunnel Construction Manager

AECOM is seeking two experienced on-site Senior Tunnel Construction Managers to lead the delivery of large and complex underground water infrastructure projects in New York Metro area. Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all construction management activities for large-scale tunnel projects with multiple contract packages.

• Oversee commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities. 

• Ensure project compliance with all contract requirements, regulatory requirements, and Consent Decree milestones. 

• Oversee project controls, including schedule management, cost control, change management, and progress reporting. 

• Serve as the primary liaison with the project owner, designers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders. 

• Provide technical guidance on constructability, sequencing, and risk mitigation for complex tunneling and urban infrastructure. 

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse construction management team. 

• Champion a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
