As a Department Supervisor III, a caregiver in this role will oversee daily operations and provide leadership to caregivers within the assigned department. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating technical and administrative functions and serving as a resource to support staff in their daily responsibilities. The caregiver will also implement departmental goals, support efficient workflows and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure operational objectives are met.
A caregiver in this position works days and on-call from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
