The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, procurement, construction execution, and closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost controls, and financial performance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable NYC building codes, regulations, permitting requirements, and company safety and quality standards.
- Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
