The Behavioral Health Center at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Caregivers help patients back to the path of hope, happiness and a better quality of life through the center’s treatment services, counseling, classes and screenings. As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) on the team, you will provide clinical supervision and unit coordination to units within the Behavioral Health Center. With an emphasis on professional development and success, you will encourage caregivers to enhance their skills and the patient experience through improvement initiatives and incentives. ANM's are the primary point of contact for everyone coming and going in the building and the ones who fully coordinate care for this patient population.
