Project manager junior - Madrid

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager Junior to join our team in Sevilla, Spain. In this entry-level position, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while developing your project management expertise. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
• Support the coordination of project activities and ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines
• Monitor project progress and track key metrics to identify potential delays or issues
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and senior management
• Help identify and analyze project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution
• Support the onboarding of new team members and provide project-related guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team members to resolve project challenges and implement solutions
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
