HYDE Dubai is seeking a highly organized and efficient General Cashier / Paymaster to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate payroll processing for our organization.
- Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and managing petty cash
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Maintain detailed financial records and reconcile accounts daily
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers with precision
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and financial matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Implement and maintain cash control procedures to prevent loss and fraud
