What do you gain from it...
The on-call contract (job on call) is a form of flexible subordinate employment in which the worker makes himself available to carry out the activity only when requested by the company. Ideal for those looking for flexible work. The benefit is then activated on call from the employer, according to operational requirements, with compensation for the hours actually worked.
It may or may not provide for an obligation to answer the call and allows for more flexible shift management, while still maintaining the protections provided by labor legislation.
The boar crawls company career pages around the clock and emails you as soon as a new match lands, with the employer’s real posting date. No recruiter spam. Free.
