What you will be doing:
- Support the planning and allocation of resources to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the All Day Dining outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
- Supervise, delegate, and monitor team responsibilities while ensuring compliance with brand standards, company policies, SOPs, and quality assurance measures.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring all Heartists understand the importance of their roles and their contribution to the department's overall success.
- Work closely with the culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service standards and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Review guest feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance the overall dining experience and improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns.
- Drive operational excellence and support initiatives that enhance revenue, productivity, and service quality.
