Own the numbers: Complete and oversee the night audit in Opera PMS, keeping every transaction balanced and finalised on time, with sound control of cash, credit and high-balance accounts.
Make the tough calls: Handle overbookings, security incidents, intoxicated guests and complaints with sound judgement and empathy, turning difficult moments into service recovery wins.
Be the face of the hotel after hours: Maintain a visible lobby presence, greet guests, inspect public areas and back of house, and keep the property running to Sofitel standards.
Develop your team: Brief, coach and train night team members, and deliver a clear operational and financial handover to the day management team each morning.
