What you will be doing:
Lead and supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure all cleaning and maintenance standards are consistently met with attention to detail
Oversee room inspections, quality control checks, and inventory management to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Schedule and coordinate housekeeping staff assignments while monitoring productivity and adherence to departmental procedures
Handle guest concerns related to room conditions and cleanliness, responding promptly and implementing corrective actions to guarantee memorable experiences
Ensure housekeeping team members are informed daily about priorities, special requests, and personalized service requirements to deliver excellence
