Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking an exceptional Cluster Director of Spa & Wellness to lead our luxury wellness operations in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the spa and wellness programs across our prestigious resort cluster, driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for setting the vision for our wellness offerings while ensuring seamless execution across all properties and maintaining the highest standards of service that define our luxury brands.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all spa and wellness operations across the cluster, ensuring alignment with Raffles and Fairmont brand standards and corporate objectives
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs and service offerings that enhance guest experiences and differentiate our properties in the luxury market
- Oversee budget management, financial planning, and revenue optimization for spa and wellness departments, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing spa and wellness teams across all properties, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive performance reviews and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to spa and wellness operations in Saudi Arabia
- Collaborate with resort management teams to integrate wellness offerings with overall guest experiences and resort programming
- Stay current with industry trends, wellness innovations, and best practices to maintain competitive positioning and drive strategic initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain for spa and wellness products and services
- Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits to maintain operational standards and guest satisfaction levels
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote spa and wellness services and maximize occupancy and revenue
