We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate - Architecture Rail to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will contribute to the design, planning, and development of rail infrastructure projects that support the region's transportation network. You will work collaboratively with experienced architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and architectural plans for rail infrastructure projects using CAD and BIM software
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support project planning and design decisions
- Analyze rail system requirements and constraints to identify optimal architectural solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Ensure all designs and documentation comply with relevant rail standards, regulations, and safety protocols applicable in the UAE and GCC region
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Support the coordination of design activities across project phases, from concept through implementation
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project quality
- Maintain organized project files and documentation systems for easy retrieval and reference
