AECOM is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager to be based in Los Angeles, CA.

- Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
- Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.
- Collaborates and communicates with a broad community of stakeholders.
- Assists Client with delivery method selection, procurement, contract planning and administration.
- Interfaces and coordinates with the design team from design and through construction, including collaboration with users and stakeholders to translate their requirements.
- Represents the Client in day-to-day project activities to ensure work is accomplished safely, aligned with project goals and criteria, and within budget and schedule, and on time.
- Resolves complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements
- Provides functional direction over areas of responsibility including project schedules, cost control, quality management and control.
- Manages the plan check and permit process, and construction phase inspections.
- Reviews status and monitors variances of the project management information system relative to scheduling, cost control and other project metrics, and provide project reporting
- Reviews and verifies submitted applications for payment and performs overall fiscal management of multiple projects
- Supports Program Management business development and proposal efforts as needed.
