We're looking for a detail-oriented and professional Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive mechanical inspections, ensuring strict compliance with UAE construction standards and international building codes, and supervising mechanical systems installation and testing. - Conduct thorough and systematic inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components, ensuring full compliance with UAE construction regulations and international standards
- Prepare detailed, accurate inspection reports and technical documentation, analyzing findings and recommending corrective actions with clear justification and supporting evidence
- Supervise mechanical contractors and installation teams, ensuring work quality, adherence to project specifications, and timely project completion while maintaining professional relationships
- Verify mechanical systems functionality through comprehensive testing and commissioning procedures, documenting all results and certifications with precision and accuracy
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve mechanical issues, maintain project progress, and support team objectives in a transparent manner
- Maintain organized and accessible records of all inspections, test results, and compliance documentation for audit and regulatory purposes
- Identify potential safety hazards and non-conformances proactively, implementing corrective measures and preventive actions to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior inspectors and site personnel on inspection procedures, quality standards, and best practices
- Monitor mechanical equipment performance and recommend maintenance or replacement strategies based on analytical assessment and industry standards
- Ensure all work meets contractual requirements and quality assurance standards throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Manage multiple inspection projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational efficiency
