Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a Principal (or Associate Director) level Hydraulic Engineer to join our diverse Building Engineering team.
This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.
- Act as the Hydraulics Lead on a range of projects, working closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Lead the delivery of hydraulic designs and calculations, including technical reviews and sign-off, while delegating tasks and supporting the development of other engineers.
- Work directly with clients and project stakeholders to understand project requirements, key drivers and constraints, providing practical and cost-effective hydraulic solutions.
- Support the wider national Hydraulics team across a variety of projects and sectors, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to the delivery of complex building projects.
- Deliver a broad range of hydraulic design services, including rainwater harvesting, sanitary plumbing and drainage, trade waste, potable and non-potable water reticulation, hot and warm water systems, energy-efficient and solar hot water systems, specialist water systems such as reverse osmosis and demineralised water, and water-efficient design.
