The purpose of this role is delivering the project with exceeding client expectations in all the aspects of the project operations with zero escalations

Major Activities
Stakeholder management
- Manage all the stakeholders of the project with utmost authority & confidence
Project Monitoring
- Project monitoring as per GFC, schedules, BOQ, design specifications etc.
Documentation control
- Complete governance on the project documentation for all stages of project & audits
Project Planning
- Make & track the schedule of all the works as per the client requirements & project timelines
Other
- Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experience
- Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager
- Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events
- Development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the business

1.7. Background & Experience
- Overall experience of 15-18 years & relevant experience preferably from IPC PMC organizations in handling MEP works in the project including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting etc & must have done base build projects and experienced all the coordination works with other stakeholders.
1.8. Qualifications & Technical Skills
- B. Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, understanding of all the MEP technical aspects of the base build projects
