Conduct comprehensive inspections of pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, and mechanical components to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Perform welding inspections in accordance with CSWIP 3.2 standards, including visual inspections, dimensional checks, and defect identification.
Conduct in-service inspection, assessment, and certification of pressure vessels (API 510) and storage tanks (API 653).
Review fabrication, erection, and maintenance procedures for compliance with engineering drawings and standards.
Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and recommendations for corrective actions.
Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC teams, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of inspection issues.
Mentor and guide junior inspectors to enhance inspection quality and compliance awareness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices relevant to oil and gas mechanical inspections.
