Whether you’re an experienced Wine Waiter looking to take the next step, an established Sommelier, or ready for an Assistant Head Sommelier position, we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You’ll join an established restaurant and sommelier team, working across a busy, premium dining environment with a strong focus on Italian and Australian wines, alongside an extensive international selection.

Depending on your experience, your role could include:

• Delivering knowledgeable and engaging wine service on the restaurant floor.
• Providing wine recommendations and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Developing your knowledge across Italian, Australian and international wines.
• Supporting wine training and development across the broader restaurant team.
• Assisting with cellar management, stock control and wine ordering.
• Supporting the ongoing development of the Cibaria wine list.
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the wine team.
• Taking on additional leadership responsibilities at Assistant Head Sommelier level.
