- Develop, implement, and continuously refine the project's Stakeholder Management Plan, ensuring comprehensive identification and mapping of all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Establish and maintain effective, transparent working relationships with clients, government authorities, utility providers, asset owners, developers, and contractors through proactive engagement and regular communication
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, technical workshops, and coordination sessions, ensuring all parties remain aligned on project objectives, timelines, and requirements
- Manage all authority approvals, permits, NOCs, and statutory submissions with meticulous attention to detail, monitoring approval status and proactively following up with relevant authorities
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and interface conflicts that could impact project progress, developing robust action plans and recovery measures
- Coordinate utility diversions, tie-ins, shutdowns, and interface activities, ensuring seamless integration between project disciplines and utility providers
- Monitor stakeholder-related activities against the project schedule, identifying potential delays and working collaboratively with planning and logistics teams to maintain momentum
- Prepare comprehensive stakeholder reports, approval trackers, action registers, and executive summaries for project management and client reporting
- Maintain meticulous records of all meetings, correspondence, approvals, and stakeholder commitments, ensuring transparent documentation and easy accessibility
- Coordinate stakeholder activities related to testing and commissioning, inspections, asset transfer, and project handover, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled before final delivery
- Support the successful transfer of assets to operating authorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing complex handover processes
