At AECOM , we are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Cork office.
The Opportunity
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the successful delivery of Cost Management commissions across a range of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent client service from inception through to completion.
- Assist in the delivery of Cost Management commissions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Support senior team members in the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the effective management of project costs throughout all project stages.
- Collaborate with Senior Surveyors, Associates, and wider project teams to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Support business development activities, including bid preparation and client engagement opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, cost management practices, and professional development requirements.
- Ensure all Cost Management outputs are delivered in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
