Collaborate with the business department to drive the achievement of local quality objectives and devise
strategies to attain these goals.
Product Quality
• Manages and maintains the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming, in-
process materials and finished goods.
• Review of quality control data, data entry of quality control data, and monitor the release of batches in SAP
& lifecycle extension of batches in inventory. Give support and decision making if any typical issue happens.
• Investigating quality issues, supporting and coaching related responsible parties in developing and
implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement the process for final determinations or dispositions related to non-conforming materials
• Implement monitoring and measurement processes for equipment/tool performance, product quality, and
make sure all of them can be exactly followed by cross function team.
• Raw materials supplier management, collaborate with SQE and Procurement team on supplier audit to make sure suppliers exactly obey our requirements to provide stable quality materials to Veolia.
• Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
• Manage all customer requirements to ensure they are met by collaborating with commercial and other cross function teams.
• Reviews and actions implemented to relevant product and service specifications to ensure alignment with
corporate and business requirements, and exactly followed
• Participate in the processes for new materials and product introductions within the relevant business streams. Responsible for the new specification setup and lab trial management if necessary for quality
assurance.
• Implement identification of improvement opportunities for inspection and test methods.
• Active participation in Product Quality and cross-functional improvement projects to optimize manufacturing network or cost saving
• Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.
• Responsible for overall T&P quality for Water Tech in SEA & Oceania.
Tolling management
• Monitor indicators related to ensuring Tollers conform to production or processing standards.
• Daily managing Toller’s process, quality and working together to solve the problem, driving continuous
improvement
• Investigation and resolution of product quality issues reported from the field & production quality issues at
Tollers and the products already delivered from Tollers
• Prepare reports to communicate results of quality inspection activities and keep record in Tolling audit tools
• Analyze audit outcomes and carry out appropriate corrective procedures
• Maintaining all data in internal system as required
• Frequency quality meeting to manage the quality performance of Tollers, through product data
communication and site audits as required, in conjunction with Procurement and Supply Chain
• Ensures audits at Tollers are completed according to schedule
• Ensures tolling strategy and activities are aligned with our standards
• Participates in strategic projects and give support, major technical support on Toller’s process optimization
by working with global team and technical center
• Monitoring and safeguarding that the toll producer follows the work and HSE processes stipulated in the
tolling contract incl. transport documentation and labelling etc.
• Interpret and comply with quality assurance standards
• Liaise with internal and external laboratories as required to resolve product quality issues
• Ensures that Intellectual Property issues related to Tollers are handled according to Veolia policy
This critical role has the following key accountabilities:
• Entire lifecycle of product quality management and standardization
• Tolling management, including new product introduction support, routine tolling quality management and
audit to support toller to get continuous improvement.
