Supervise and ensure efficient daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas.
Monitor cleaning standards, grooming and overall cleanliness to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues, room status and defects.
Assign daily duties and effectively coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct daily briefings, provide guidance and communicate work instructions clearly to team members.
Train, coach and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and improve performance.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, guest amenities, chemicals and storeroom stock to ensure proper inventory control.
Ensure proper handling of Lost and Found items and maintain accurate departmental records and reports.
Enforce safe working practices and ensure all team members comply with hotel policies and procedures.
To perform any other duties as directed by Executive Housekeeper or his/her designate.
