- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them according to restaurant procedures and availability
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system and communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring orders are correct and presented attractively
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently to maintain health and safety compliance
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities
