INSURANCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are seeking a talented individual to join ourInsurance Operationsteam atMarsh. This role will be based inQuerétaro, Mexico. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at leastthree days a week on-site at the client’s office(and two days from home).
In this role, you will provide operational coordination and day-to-day support acrossMedical (Major Medical) and Lifeinsurance operations, with a strong focus onclaims management and customer service. You will work directly with insured members and client stakeholders, helping ensure timely resolutions, accurate policy movements, and a consistently high service experience.
We will count on you to:
- Coordinate and manageclaims-related activitiesend-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution with the appropriate parties.
- Provideadvisory support to insured members, delivering clear guidance and high-touch customer service throughout the process.
- Handle and trackpolicy movements and service requests(operational transactions), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time execution.
- Maintain strongadministration and control of activities, including documentation, status tracking, and adherence to internal/client service standards.
- Attendin-person client visitsas needed (typically at client sites located on the outskirts), representing Marsh professionally and supporting service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, results-oriented operation (this role ismore operational than commercial).
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in final stages (administration, business, engineering, psychology, or similar).Law degrees are not considered for this role.
- Minimum2 years of experienceinMajor Medical and Life insuranceoperations.
- Strongcustomer service experience(required), with confidence managing member/client communications.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, especiallyExcel(pivot tables and charts).
- Intermediate-advanced Englishwith strong verbal and written communication skills (this is an important requirement for the role).
