Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and international codes.
Knowledge of Navis Works, Revizto
Exposure of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Preparation and review of calculations, specifications, reports, and construction drawings.
Experience in Data Center and/or Healthcare projects.
Knowledge of IES-VE for energy modeling and building performance analysis.
Exposure to LEED, Green Mark, WELL, or similar sustainability frameworks.
Experience with BIM coordination and Navisworks.
HVAC design experience in a Consulting/GDC environment (at least 4-5 years for overseas projects experience).
Perform HVAC load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.
Design HVAC systems for healthcare, commercial, and mission-critical facilities.
Develop design calculations, reports, specifications, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines.
Lead HVAC design packages and support project delivery.
Review and guide junior engineers and BIM modelers.
Ensure design quality, code compliance, and on-time project delivery.
Strong design experience from Concept to Detailed Design stages.
Hyperscale and Colocation Data Centers.
Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities.
Mission Critical Facilities.
Commercial and Mixed-Use Developments.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and lead design teams.
