Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and supervise all operations and activities included in assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations
- Manage and lead technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes, tools, and best practices to drive project success
- Develop comprehensive project strategies, prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and execute projects from inception to completion
- Lead and mentor small to medium-sized teams across business lines, including remote team members and subcontractor management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, analyzing risks and implementing mitigation strategies to achieve quality outcomes and financial performance targets
- Monitor project progress against established metrics, identify potential issues early, and make decisive adjustments to keep projects on track
