- Conduct detailed structural inspections at various construction phases, including foundation, framing, and completion stages
- Verify compliance with UAE building codes, international construction standards, and project specifications
- Analyze structural components and construction methods to identify deficiencies, safety hazards, or deviations from approved plans
- Document inspection findings through comprehensive reports, photographs, and detailed notes
- Prepare and maintain organized inspection records, test results, and compliance documentation
- Communicate inspection results and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and engineering teams
- Perform on-site measurements and assessments using appropriate inspection tools and techniques
- Verify quality of materials, workmanship, and construction practices against established standards
- Investigate construction-related issues and recommend corrective actions
