Supports the director in developing and implementing departmental strategies such as planning, budgeting, creating operational reports, and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and heart of the house areas.
Monitors and ensures guest satisfaction, helps address and track guest concerns, and maintains high standards of cleanliness, and hygiene.
Trains and supervises all department staff by planning training such as coaching and performance management.
