Coordinate VIP arrivals, special occasions, celebrations, and guest preferences.
Answer telephone calls and assist with reservations, guest inquiries, and operational communication.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
Assist with guest recovery efforts and involve leadership when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the host stand, entrance, seating areas, and guest-facing spaces.
Monitor poolside conditions and communicate safety, maintenance, or guest concerns to appropriate hotel leadership.
Maintain familiarity with Fairmont New Orleans amenities, dining outlets, events, and local attractions.
Support the Pool Lounge during peak periods and high-volume operations.
Assist with opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, and other operational duties.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with Fairmont New Orleans standards.
Follow all hotel policies, service standards, safety procedures, and pool-area regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
