Set up, maintain, and break down banquet event spaces according to event orders, banquet standards, and operational requirements
Serve plated meals, buffets, passed hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and wine service in accordance with hotel service standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, service stations, and dining areas throughout events
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
Collaborate with Banquet Captains, Culinary teams, Bartenders, and fellow team members to ensure smooth event execution
Monitor tables and service areas to maintain proper presentation and guest satisfaction throughout service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Assist with transporting banquet equipment, trays, linens, dishware, and supplies as operationally needed
Support weddings, VIP events, conferences, galas, and high-volume banquet operations as assigned
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards
Uphold hotel policies, service standards, and operational procedures at all times
