Inspect mini bar products for freshness, quality, expiration dates, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar storage areas, carts, and guest room service equipment
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests related to mini bar service and amenities
Deliver amenities, beverages, snacks, and special requests to guest rooms as assigned
Maintain inventory records and communicate replenishment needs to leadership appropriately
Ensure compliance with hotel policies regarding responsible alcohol handling and service
Verify age identification when applicable and comply with Louisiana alcohol service laws and hotel procedures
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to support seamless guest experiences
Report maintenance concerns, missing inventory, or guest room issues promptly
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion while entering occupied guest rooms
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
