Supervise and support Security Officers during assigned shifts to ensure effective daily security operations
Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, public spaces, back-of-house areas, parking facilities, and hotel perimeter
Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, disturbances, accidents, medical incidents, and security concerns
Assist with investigations involving safety incidents, guest concerns, policy violations, or suspicious activity
Prepare and review incident reports, daily activity logs, and required documentation for accuracy and completeness
Monitor surveillance systems, fire/life safety systems, access control systems, and alarm systems as assigned
Assist with coordinating emergency response procedures and evacuation protocols
Support hotel leadership during emergency situations and operational incidents
Provide guidance, coaching, and training support to Security Officers and team members
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, departmental procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
Promote positive guest and employee interactions while maintaining a professional security presence
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and departmental communication as assigned
Support VIP arrivals, special events, and high-profile guest activities as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive situations and information
Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and safety drills
