Patrol hotel property, guest areas, back-of-house spaces, entrances, exits, and surrounding areas to promote safety and security
Monitor and respond to security concerns, suspicious activity, emergencies, and safety hazards appropriately and professionally
Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests, visitors, and colleagues as needed
Respond promptly to incidents including medical situations, disturbances, accidents, alarms, and emergency calls
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and required documentation
Monitor security systems, surveillance equipment, access control systems, and fire/life safety systems as assigned
Assist with crowd management, special events, VIP arrivals, and hotel functions as needed
Support hotel emergency response procedures and evacuation protocols
Collaborate with hotel leadership and local emergency responders when necessary
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive situations
Promote a positive and professional presence consistent with luxury hospitality standards
Participate in required training programs, safety drills, and departmental meetings
All other duties as assigned.
