Handle telephone, e-mail and in-person inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Support the promotion and upselling of spa treatments, wellness experiences and retail products in a natural, guest-oriented manner.
Follow up on guest satisfaction and support the resolution of any requests or concerns.
Ensure the reception and guest areas are consistently presented according to Aliée’s luxury standards.
Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and other relevant departments to provide a seamless overall guest experience.
