We are looking for professional and enthusiastic Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and allocate tasks to team members.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are maintained.
- Train, guide, and motivate fellow housekeeping attendants to deliver consistent service quality.
- Monitor room status and coordinate closely with Front Office to ensure timely room readiness.
- Ensure proper handling and availability of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and amenities.
- Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
