We are looking for a H&S Technician to join our QHSE team.
The successful candidate will support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the company's Health & Safety Management System across our industrial and manufacturing activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with Spanish legislation and company standards.
Carrying out workplace risk assessments and supporting the definition and follow-up of preventive and corrective actions.
Conducting regular safety inspections and participating in internal audits.
Supporting incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and proposing preventive actions.
Delivering and coordinating H&S training and awareness activities for employees.
Monitoring the use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
Collaborating with production, engineering and other departments to promote a strong safety culture.
Supporting the coordination and follow-up of external prevention services and other H&S-related suppliers.
Maintaining H&S documentation, records, indicators and reports.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the QHSE department.
