Manage compensation, benefits, welfare, recognition, and Heartist engagement.
Promote Accor culture, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace.
Support employer branding, ESG, sustainability, and community activities.
Monitor key People & Culture data, including turnover, attendance, engagement, and manpower.
Ensure accurate P&C administration and provide effective people support to all departments.
