Follow Mama’s recipes, presentation and service standards.
Recommend drinks and confidently answer guest questions.
Bring personality and a little showmanship while keeping service fast and smooth.
Set up, stock and maintain a clean, organised and service-ready bar.
Handle multiple orders while maintaining speed, quality and attention to detail.
Follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene and safety standards.
Work closely with the F&B team and jump in wherever needed.
