Manage service stations by keeping them cleared and restocked throughout service
Present menus proactively and handle financial procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines
Report all guest feedback and issues through the Glitch system to ensure continuous improvement
Maintain HACCP and FIFO standards as required by regional governing bodies
Conduct opening and closing procedures using provided checklists to ensure smooth venue operations
Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy and attend all required briefings and training sessions
Identify potential service issues and seek assistance from management before problems escalate
Perform additional duties and special projects as requested by management

F&B Server
