Responsible for overall management of contractual and commercial issues for WENTX landfill construction projects;
Manage the contractual agreements, overseeing the entire contract lifecycle and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions;
Establish commercial management systems on revenue, cost, cashflow, changes, claims, subcontracting;
Manage the team, collaborate internally & externally to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other relevant provisions;
Supervise the preparation of pre-qualifications submissions, commercial review of tenders, sub-contract tender and related documentation;
Develop strategies and implement measures to mitigate risks and protect Company’s interest;
Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency provide contractual, financial and commercial advice;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documents, correspondence, and related documentation;
Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and identify opportunities for the projects;
Other ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
