Organize and lead AME projects until hand over to the end user with good quality/budget control.
Work with IT to integrate current auto machines with big data to drive productivity/ OEE/quality/EHS
Develop New solution/design for New Production line and issues raised by Customers (Mainly internal customer)
Support to build Brilliant factory according to the plant plan
Provide the technical support to maintenance/production to help them with difficult miscellaneous issues
Help the maintenance team with their skill by systematic training.
Collaborate with Mechanical engineer daily work in specific project.
Lead or take part in the TCP activities
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
