What you will be doing:
- Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
- Act as a member of the Emergency Response team, responding in cases of fire, accident, safety concerns and calls for medical assistance
- Ensure that any violations to law or hotel policy is investigated and reported
- Respond to all emergency situations, and provide First Aid and CPR as required
- Correct and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazards
- Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
- Maintain computer records of all actions in Daily Activity Reports
- Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Conduct regular audits with regards to access control and safety measures
- Follow all department and Hotel policies (procedural, service, and safety)
- Wil lbe required to work shifts of all hours; including overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Other duties as assigned
