- As a Demi Chef de Partie, you play an important role within your kitchen section, supporting the Chef de Partie in delivering exceptional dishes while maintaining Mama's quality standards. 🥘✨
- You help organise your station, prepare ingredients, ensure consistency of presentation and contribute to smooth, efficient service. 🔪🍴
- You assist in supervising Commis Chefs and junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop their skills. 👨🍳👩🍳
- You maintain cleanliness, monitor stock levels, support food storage procedures and ensure all hygiene standards are respected. 🧼✅
- You are responsible for the correct use and care of kitchen equipment and help create a positive, high-performing kitchen culture. ⚙️💛
