Barista

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our Food & Beverage team on a part-time basis.

You’ll be responsible for crafting quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging service across our resort outlets, including Sola Restaurant, Deli Café & Market and the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves coffee, enjoys working with people and wants the flexibility of a part-time hospitality role. With a variety of outlets and events across the property, no two shifts are quite the same. You’ll need to be confident multitasking, prioritising competing demands and staying organised during busy service periods.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, specialty beverages and refreshments
• Deliver friendly, efficient and personalised service to our guests
• Multitask across coffee preparation, customer service and other service needs
• Keep coffee stations, equipment and service areas clean, organised and well presented
• Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining appropriate supplies
• Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy service periods
• Assist with conferences, functions and special events when required
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment
