Executive Lounge Attendant (Saudi National)

The Executive Lounge Attendant position offers a strong opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a proven background in guest service. This role targets service excellence in catering to the needs of guests within dedicated hotel lounge.

An Executive Lounge Attendant is expected to deliver exceptional service, demonstrating outstanding courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism when catering to the needs of distinguished guests.

The day-to-day duties of an Executive Lounge Attendant include but are not limited to:

• Warmly welcome and assist guests with seating arrangements.

• Offer detailed menu presentations and knowledgeable recommendations regarding daily specials and promotions.

• Accurately record and place guest orders, while advising on beverage pairings.

• Extend complimentary services, including drinks, and ensure guests are aware of additional offerings.

• Guarantee swift order execution and timely delivery to guest tables.

• Address and resolve inquiries and concerns about hotel and lounge services.

• Prepare and stock condiment stations, maintaining supply levels through coordination with procurement.

• Orchestrate with housekeeping staff to uphold a hygienic and sanitized lounge environment.

• Arrange buffet areas, ensuring food and drink presentation is both appealing and accessible.

• Conduct ongoing checks to secure guest satisfaction and manage further service requests.
