- Implement and maintain comprehensive programs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance within the kitchen and related food preparation areas
- Analyze operational efficiency, research best practices, and collaborate with the Executive Assistant Manager to recommend and implement procedures that enhance departmental performance
