What you will be doing
- Assign work to team members and coordinating daily priorities
- Monitor progress and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Assist with work orders when additional support is needed
- Ensure work orders are properly entered, updated, and closed in the system
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and communicating priorities to the team
- Assist with inventory control and management of maintenance supplies and parts
- Oversee facility inspections to ensure they are completed on schedule and documented properly
- Perform data entry associated with weekly and monthly inspections, preventative maintenance records, and compliance tracking
- Maintain departmental organization, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Support communication between departments to ensure maintenance-related issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure consistent operation of heating, electrical, gas, air, and other systems
- Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections of all property areas to identify and address safety concerns promptly
- Perform pool and spa maintenance
- Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner
- Other duties as assigned
