What you will be doing:
Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standards
Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connections
Confidently present and serve food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, wine, sake, and RawBar selections
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and storytelling around cocktails, menu items, and live entertainment
Execute proper service standards, including order taking, table maintenance, and payment processing
Collaborate closely with bartenders, culinary teams, and hosts to ensure seamless service flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service environment at all times
Uphold responsible alcohol service, health and safety standards, and brand service rituals
Support special events, live music nights, and high-volume service periods
