Commis Chef

We are seeking a Part-Time 30 Hour Contract Commis Chef to join our team immediately and provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all of our lounge guests. We have an opportunity available in our al la carte and buffet environments.

All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.

• Trade qualification in Cookery and experience in a similar role
• Detail-focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food under pressure
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of a wide range of cooking methods and techniques
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask  
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
• Flexible availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, weekends and public holidays
