Effectively manage all calls to the hotel as per the company's Brand Standards
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
To be constantly aware of the room situation and to strive to obtain maximum occupancy
To attend to the hotel guests in all communication from inside and outside the hotel
To be aware of the hotel's security, fire, and safety procedures
To be flexible with shift rotations, including night shifts, as required by the operation.
